Kenyan Man to Spend 14 Years in Jail for Unnatural Act Rules a Judge

The case of Kenyan man who is said to have had 'sex' with a Cow was settled when he was sentenced to 14 years in jail. Bestiality appears to be a growing trend in Kenya, now the animal rights activists can applaud, the sentence since it will set the precedent of other such cases that are yet to be mentioned in court. This is  a bizarre occurrences with culprits saying they can not afford to court women due to harsh economic times as the reason they turn to cows, chicken, goats et ..al.  

   35 Years Old Man from Kirinyaga County 

The case of A 35 year old man from a village in Kirinyaga County who will spend 14 years in jail after is the first to be finalised by the court. He was foun guilty of bestiality charge. 

According to the owner of the cow, Ann Wanjiru, she woke up and warmed the water ready to go milk the cow when she spotted someone's shadow. Since it was still early in the morning and dark outside, she flashed her torch

The court was told that the accused was so much engrossed in the act that he did not realize the presence of the owner until when she raised

an alarm. He tried to escape but was arrested and taken to the nearby police.

Pair of Trousers as Evidence Brought to Court 

The court was presented with his trouser, jumper and marvin

which Kiruga was wearing as evidence to prove that he committed the crime. The veterinary report also 

proved that the accused committed the crime because the cow's private parts had human hair and was badly swollen. 

 Taken long to Marry Could Not Control Sexual Urges towards that Cow !

Appearing before Senior Principal Magistrate, Wendy Kagendo, the accused pleaded guilty and asked for leniency claiming to have taken long to marry and hence failed to control his sexual urges. 

The magistrate noted that the excuse was weak and not enough reason to commit the crime and sentenced him to 14 years in prison
