Bizarre Cargo with Kenyan Politician’s Name Confiscated in Mombasa Port

The discovery of a bizarre cargo in the port of Mombasa that bared the name of a politician has raised many questions. Many Kenyans are shocked by the content of this cargo but his could possibly be Halloween costumes. 

As we have shared thoughts before in this blog that Kenyan culture is continually getting eroded, this is one way we are gradually losing touch with African culture.

 These Halloween costumes are meant for Halloween festival that is popular in the West. Although there are many speculations about this cargo, there is no need for panic since scarcely outfits; skulls and funny costume dominate the Halloween festival.

It is reported Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) inspectors were shocked when they uncovered a container with bizarre looking implements, masks and trophies. This cargo imported from China sparked shock in Mombasa, where belief in occult and clairvoyant sciences is strong as port officials linked the cargo a senior politician.

However, experts think the cargo which includes fake skulls, skeletons and limbs is a diversionary to conceal some other cargo while others associate it with Halloween.
