CID Officers Threaten to Castrate a University Student they Accused of Murder

A university student who is accused of murdering his girlfriend told a Nakuru court that he CID officers threatened to castrate him if he does not corporate. This student who is studying Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Economy student at Egerton University says that Nakuru Criminal Investigation Department officers threatened to castrate him if he did not cooperate.
Charges
The court heard that Alex Dimba (the university student) murdered Miriam Njoki Thige at Mt Sinai Hotel in Nakuru on the nights of February 21 and 22, 2008. While Alex in his defense before Lady Justice Hellen Omondi,  said there was no way he could killed her lover for 5 years.
Witnesses
According to the witness who work in the hotel that the body of Alex girlfriend was found said Alex had used fake documents to book for a hotel room where Miriam was later found dead.
Alex still insisted that he was innocent and was forced to accept by threat of torture. He told the court  “She was my girlfriend for five years and we enjoyed a cordial and happy relationship all the years were together such that we were even planning to take to the next level after finishing our university studies,”
He further said that the CID officers forced him to confess committing the offence after lest they would crash his genitals. The court heard that Alex was positively identified as the murder of this college girl.

The court is set for November 26 for submissions..
